  1. 1Open the Minecraft launcher
  2. 2Click on the Installations tab
  3. 3Select the installation that you want to allocate more RAM to
  4. 4Click on the Edit button
  5. 5Scroll down to the JVM Arguments section
  6. 6In the -Xmx parameter, enter the amount of RAM you want to allocate (e.g., -Xmx4G for 4 GB)
  7. 7Click the Save button
