How to Enable Cracked (Offline Mode)
To enable cracked clients on your Minecraft server, you need to disable online mode. Online mode is a security feature that requires players to authenticate with Mojang's servers before they can join.
Disabling online mode will allow players with cracked Minecraft accounts to join your server.
Steps
- 1Open the server.properties file
- 2Find the line that says
online-mode - 3Change the value to
false - 4Save the file
- 5Restart your server
Once completed, cracked clients will be able to join your Minecraft server.
Important Considerations
- Skins: Players with cracked Minecraft accounts will not be able to use their original skins. Install SkinRestorer to fix this.
- Security: Players with cracked accounts may be more likely to grief your server. Consider installing anti-grief and authentication plugins like OpeNLogin.
- Authentication: It is highly recommended to install a login plugin such as OpeNLogin or AuthMe to protect your players' accounts.
