Which to Use When
- Billing question ā Ticket (we need account context)
- Server is down ā Discord first (faster), then Ticket
- Setup help ā Discord, community + staff
- Refund ā Ticket
- Account locked out ā Email (start the recovery flow)
- Reporting a bug ā Discord #bug-reports, then ticket if it's account-specific
Response Times
- šØ Critical (server down) ā < 15 min
- š Technical ā < 2 hours
- Billing ā < 4 hours
- General ā same business day
How to Help Us Help You Faster
- Include your service ID or invoice number
- Attach screenshots and console logs
- Describe what you tried before opening the ticket
- One issue per ticket, don't chain three unrelated questions
