Understanding the Client Area Dashboard

A guided tour of every tab in the Endercloud client area.


Introduction

The Client Area is where you manage everything that isn't the server itself, billing, tickets, account settings, and order history.

Think of it as the front office. The Game Panel is the workshop.

The Sidebar, What Each Tab Does

  • šŸ  Dashboard, quick stats, expiring services, recent invoices
  • Services, every active server you own, with one-click panel access
  • Billing, invoices, payment methods, transaction history
  • šŸŽ« Support, open and track support tickets
  • šŸ‘¤ Account, name, email, password, 2FA, security
  • šŸ“£ Announcements, maintenance windows and product news

Top-Right Shortcuts

  • The bell icon shows unread notifications
  • The profile menu has quick links to Account & Logout
  • The search bar finds any invoice, ticket, or service by ID

Tip: Bookmark endercloud.in/clientarea, it's where you'll spend the most time.

What to Check Every Login

  1. 1Any red badge on Services? → renewal due soon
  2. 2Any unread tickets? → support reply waiting
  3. 3Any unpaid invoices? → pay before due date to avoid suspension

Warning: A suspended service stops accepting connections. Pay the invoice and it un-suspends automatically within minutes.
