How to Add a Payment Method

Introduction

Save a payment method to speed up checkout and enable auto-pay for renewals.

What We Accept

• Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
• 📱 UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• 🏦 Net banking (all major Indian banks)
• 🅿️ PayPal (international)
• 🪙 Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, manual processing)

Add a New Method

1. 1Open Billing → Payment Methods
2. 2Click Add Payment Method
3. 3Pick the type
4. 4Fill in the details on the secure payment page
5. 5Confirm with the OTP / 3D-Secure check
6. 6The method appears in your list

Your card details are stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, not by Endercloud directly.

Enable Auto-Pay

1. 1Open Billing → Payment Methods
2. 2Find the method you want to auto-charge
3. 3Toggle Auto-Pay ON
4. 4Pick which services use it

Update an Expired Card

1. 1Payment Methods → Your Card → Update
2. 2Enter the new expiry and CVV
3. 3Save

Tip: Add a backup method too. Cards get blocked unexpectedly, a fallback UPI ID prevents renewal failures.

Warning: International cards may need to whitelist Endercloud for recurring payments. Check with your bank if auto-pay fails.

Remove a Method

• Open the method → Remove → confirm
• You can't remove a method that's actively used for an auto-pay subscription, switch first
