Who gets refunds, who doesn't, and how long it takes.


Introduction

We want you to be happy with Endercloud. If something isn't working, we'd rather refund you than make you stick around.

Who Qualifies for a Refund

  • New customers within 7 days of their first purchase
  • Any service we failed to deliver (provisioning errors, persistent downtime)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Any service cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

What's Not Refundable

  • โŒ Renewals, cancel before the renewal date
  • โŒ Domain registrations (registry policy)
  • โŒ Add-ons used for more than 24 hours
  • โŒ Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1Open a Billing ticket in the client area
  2. 2Include the invoice number and reason
  3. 3Our team reviews within 24 hours
  4. 4Approved refunds return to the original payment method

Refund Timelines

  • Card / UPI, 5โ€“10 business days
  • ๐Ÿฆ Net banking, 7โ€“14 business days
  • ๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ PayPal, 1โ€“3 business days
  • ๐Ÿช™ Crypto, manual review, 3โ€“7 days

Tip: If you're unsure about a plan, start monthly instead of annually. You can upgrade to annual later at any time.

Warning: Chargebacks instead of refunds will get your account permanently banned. Always file a ticket first, we're easy to work with.
