↕️How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Introduction

You can move up or down in the plan tier any time. Upgrades happen instantly, downgrades happen at the next renewal.

How to Upgrade

1. 1Open Services → Your Service
2. 2Click Upgrade / Downgrade
3. 3Pick the new plan tier
4. 4Review the prorated charge, you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
5. 5Click Confirm
6. 6Pay the upgrade invoice
7. 7Resources scale up within 60 seconds, no restart needed for VPS, brief restart for game servers

All your data, configs, and files stay exactly as they were.

How to Downgrade

1. 1Same path: Services → Upgrade / Downgrade
2. 2Pick a lower tier
3. 3The change is scheduled for your next renewal date, you keep the full higher tier until then

Warning: Downgrades can fail if your current usage exceeds the smaller plan's limits. Free up disk space and RAM before scheduling a downgrade.

When to Upgrade

• Console shows "Can't keep up" warnings
• Disk usage above 80%
• RAM sits above 90% steadily
• You're adding more players, mods, or services

When to Downgrade

• Usage stays below 50% for 30+ days
• You've moved a workload elsewhere
• The current tier is more than you need
