❌How to Cancel a Service

Introduction

You can cancel any service at any time. There are two cancellation modes, pick the one that fits.

Two Cancellation Modes

• End of Billing Period, service stays active until your paid period ends, then auto-cancels. No partial refund. (Recommended.)
• Immediate, service stops right now. Eligible for refund only if within the 7-day window.

How to Cancel

1. 1Open Services → Your Service
2. 2Click Request Cancellation
3. 3Pick a cancellation mode
4. 4Pick a reason (helps us improve)
5. 5Add an optional note
6. 6Click Submit Cancellation

You'll get an email confirming the request.

Before You Cancel, Don't Lose Your Data

• 📥 Download backups from the panel's Backups tab
• 📥 Export your worlds (Minecraft) via SFTP
• 📥 Snapshot your VPS if you might want it back later
• 📥 Save your env vars from the bot panel

Warning: Once a service is fully cancelled, data is wiped within 14 days and cannot be recovered.

Pause Instead of Cancelling

• If you're taking a break, downgrade to the smallest plan tier
• You keep your data and can scale back up any time
• Often cheaper than cancelling and re-provisioning

Reactivate a Cancelled Service

• 📞 Open a ticket within 14 days of cancellation
• We can usually restore from snapshot if you ask quickly
