How to Install a Modpack (Forge / Fabric)

CurseForge and Modrinth modpacks, installed straight from the panel.

Introduction

Modpacks let you run massive overhauls, All The Mods, RLCraft, Better MC, anything on CurseForge or Modrinth. The Endercloud panel installs them in one click.

One-Click Install (Recommended)

  1. 1Open the panel → Settings → Modpack Installer
  2. 2Search for the modpack you want
  3. 3Pick the version (latest is usually fine)
  4. 4Click Install
  5. 5Wait for the installer to finish, large packs take 2–5 minutes
  6. 6Go to Console and click Start

The installer handles Forge/Fabric, the mods, and the configs automatically.

Manual Install (Custom Packs)

  1. 1Download the server pack .zip from CurseForge
  2. 2In File Manager, upload the zip to the server root
  3. 3Right-click → Unarchive
  4. 4Open server.properties and check server-ip= is empty
  5. 5Open the panel → Settings → set startup JAR to the new forge-server.jar
  6. 6Restart the server

Player Setup

  • Tell every player to use the same modpack version in their launcher
  • Mismatched mods = "Mod rejections" error on join
  • Share your modpack's CurseForge link in Discord for easy installs

Tip: Modpacks eat RAM. Allocate at least 6 GB for most packs, 8–10 GB for ATM or Create-heavy packs.

Warning: Some modpacks need extra startup flags. Check the modpack's installation guide, paste any required flags in the panel's Startup Parameters field.
